Feedback filter rector

Feedback filter reactor feedback reactor and input reactor are combined with filter capacitor to form LCL filter device or sinusoidal filter LC with filter capacitor. LCL is mainly used for AC / DC motor drive of electronic equipment, uninterrupted high-power ups and servo driver. In order to eliminate harmonic current distortion caused by pulse rectifier and effectively suppress high-order and low-frequency harmonics.
The iron core adopts high-quality oriented silicon steel sheet, and the core column is divided into uniform small pieces through multiple air gaps. The air gap adopts high-temperature and high-strength adhesive to tightly bond each small section of the core column with the upper and lower iron yokes.
The coil adopts class F and H insulation system, which greatly improves the reliability of long-term operation.
All reactors adopt vacuum pressure impregnation technology (VPI). After high-temperature heat drying and curing, the product greatly reduces noise and vibration in operation, and the overall mechanical strength of the product is high and moisture-proof performance is good. The reliability of long-term operation is greatly improved.
